Finny
I have a lot of hobbies, but gardening is the only one that I love enough to do actual math or science for. Meaning, I actually test my soil (science) and then add the right amendments (math) so that I get lots of beautiful vegetables and don’t spend my summer crying when the tomatoes don’t produce.
It’s very dramatic at my house.
I also don’t do a ton in the way of gardening beyond my vegetables because I like the whole low-water, low-maintenance thing – so once the plants are in, I’m essentially done with them and don’t do a lot of reporting or tracking or HEY LOOK HOW PRETTY MY LAVENDER is or whatever.
But that’s ok, I track my vegetables plenty and can sometimes be found talking to them as though they are my ill-tempered children.
