I’m a 4th year senior at GaTech, majoring in biology and psychology (with a minor in Russian Studies).

I’ve always liked gardening, but I’ve never really had the time or energy. But this week, I was forced to buy some new plants for my dad’s house to replace very old ones which have been in there forever it seems, and I had so much fun picking which plants to buy and transplanting them into their new home.

Also, I think that it would be very beneficial and educational for me to care for plants. Keeping a plant alive and happy requires giving it care when it needs it and leaving it alone when it needs that too. This is really a little experiment for me.
