Fruiting: coriander seeds galore!
piles or ripe round seeds. I’m not a huge fan of coriander seeds, so I’m just going to let them finish their cycle and drop into the ground, like last year.

Already big to begin with, this plant is really happy in it’s new home. It has spread to double it’s original size and i have much more than i can use.
I’ve been giving it to friends and using in bbq dishes and tomato sauces. Trimming as often as i can and drying what i can’t use.
This is one of our favourite herbs to keep on hand, but the amount we have right now is more than we could have ever dreamed of.

This Oregano is spreading out and doing well, but isn’t growing nearly as quickly as my plant last year. It seems healthy and compact, and doesn’t require a ton of trimming or maintenance. The flavour is nice a strong too.

Trippled in size since i bought it. No flowers this year (save for 1 or 2) but it’s really stretching out.

Day 63 Aug04
Some leaves are as big as my palm. Again, i have more than I can use, and have resorted to giving it away to friends and neighbours.
Now and then something is chewing at the leaves, but not enough to cause me a problem.
