I have a vegetable garden along my back yard fence. I also have a patch of desert shrubs and prickly pear cactus in my side yard. There are several mesquite trees too. I have to water my vegetables and sunflower garden every day as it is so dry. In early May the highs are in the lower 90 F. I’ll be looking for other desert gardeners.
