Hythlae's Hot Tin Rooftop garden
Small slanted rooftop garden over our downstairs neighbor’s porch. Started less than a month ago, and I’m slowly remembering all the gardening tips I learned while working on my grandparents’ 9-acre gardens. My husband and I are grad students so we keep the expenses low. So far we’re just growing the usual tomatoes, basil, spinach, and other herbs, but I may add flowering vines to climb the walls. We have two very popular bird feeders and two very interested cats. Still looking for tiny white lights to make it Venice-like (ha).
