Ceae's Kids garden

The kids have always been a part of my gardens and have had their own planters with their choice of flowers for a couple years. With the backyard renovations underway, I’ve decided to set aside a small area just for them. Because it’s right beside the area where the deck is currently being built, it probably won’t come together until next year … but I figure that’s no reason not to start now. Inside their area is a little playhouse (where they frequent share lunch together) & sandbox. I think I will create two little flower beds; one surrounding 2 sides of the sandbox, and another under the front window of their ‘cottage’. I’d also like to mark the entrance with an arbor for growing gourds and little pumpkins … which they love so!
