Broad Bean 'Bunyards Exhibition' Growing strong

Spinach 'Merlo Nero' Growth update

The spinach is lookin’ good so far – but normally this is the bit that it mysteriously stops growing on me. We’ll see if this time I’ll be able to somehow coax it to grow full size. It’s probably big enough for a bit of baby leaf pinching now too.

Chili Pepper 'Prairie Fire' What should I do with all of these really hot chilis?

I need some ideas on what I should do with my chilis – I’ve got a couple of handfuls and I’m thinking along the lines of sweet chili sauce, but I’m thinking that they might be too hot for making into sauce? Any ideas for alternative uses for extremely hot chilis?

Chili Pepper 'Prairie Fire' Harvesting: Last Harvest

Rainy 13°C / 55°F

Harvested the last of the chilis today – there are quite a few, so I’m trying to figure out what to do with them all. Going to pot up the chili plant into a pot and stick it on the windowsill for the winter.
