Happibun's Seed and bean sprouter garden does not have a wish list yet.

I’m starting to think more seriously about this now for the winter. Looks like these are the same kind of jars as yours:

I’m just wondering if my kitchen is the right place to do it though. It’s not a very bright room – how much light do yours get? Is your windowsill sunny (if there is any I mean)?

Yes Linda Mae, they look identical. I expect that it is the same company, but repackaged.
The window sill I have mine on is North facing, so the sprouters don’t get any direct sunlight even when the sun decides to show. I think that the temperature is more important, at around 18 to 20 degrees C being ideal. Too cold, and the sprouts are likely to go mouldy.
Sorry it has taken me a while to reply, my computer has been off line for the last week.

Thanks – yes so light might be ok. I’m going to leave the thermometer in there for a while and keep checking. Compared to the rest of the house I think it’s fairly warm.
Hope your computer behaves itself from now – we are in the process of changing internet provider and I have fingers crossed it goes smoothly.
