Nax's Experimental garden

It’s always so sad when August comes and the garden bounty starts to decline, despite successive planting and various harvest dates. So this year, assuming an October 10 frost date, I calculated the date at which I still had 70 days and started second crops. So far I’ve put in garbanzos, snap beans and beets, and the 50 day experiment will start this weekend (August 15) with broccoli, carrots, turnips, spinach and chard. It’s all going in the Wagon Wheel and Garage area, but I thought it deserved its own designation.
