Donna 3011's Edible Summer garden
A tiny 1.5m x 0.5m patch in my front garden that I have devoted to all things miniature and edible. I have chosen small bush tomatoes and compact plant varieties to hopefully maximise yield.
I prepared the soil by digging out my winter crop of rocket, broccoli and a variety of lettuces and digging in some compost, blood and bone and some zeolite rock minerals.
Watering in with seaweed solution and mulched with pea straw.
Hopefully the nearby ornamentals will aid in pollination. Nearby are Salvias.
