iechris tried to kill the poison ivy

Tuesday, 17 Jun 08 (posted about 7 months ago) Sunny 33°C / 92°F

Last night I finally got the conditions I’ve been waiting for… totally still air. I seized the opportunity and decided it was now or never as far as spraying the poison ivy. I didn’t cover the nearby plants, but got right up on all the poison ivy and sprayed it, trying to keep myself between the ivy and the good plants. There was some growing on a tree in Curtis’ yard that I would have loved to get, but I didn’t think I could do it safely without moving Glowing Embers, and I just wasn’t up to that last night.

I’m going to check on it today when I get home and hopefully it will be looking bad soon.

    Good luck.

I am battling a neighbour’s bindweed at the moment. Not so painful, but invasive and impossible to kill.
