Flowering: First flower

Two of these vines have shot up & are waving proudly around over the top of the fence, each showing at least one flower and a few flower buds. The rest of the vines (about 8 or so) are looking limp & slightly chewed up, I’m not sure what the issue is with them. Hmm.
