Doubled in size

Already big to begin with, this plant is really happy in it’s new home. It has spread to double it’s original size and i have much more than i can use.

I’ve been giving it to friends and using in bbq dishes and tomato sauces.
Trimming as often as i can and drying what i can’t use.

This is one of our favourite herbs to keep on hand, but the amount we have right now is more than we could have ever dreamed of.
