Transplanted: Transplanted

Planted deep, up to the top set of leaves, in an 8cm pot full of premium potting mix. Topped off with a little ‘greenhouse’ made from the sawn-off top of a soda bottle, to try to trap some heat in.

I suspect I’m being very, very optimistic with these tomatoes- it’s not even spring yet, and still cold!- but we don’t experience frosts here, so I figure our ‘late winter’ weather is similar to ‘spring’ in other climates, and anyway it’s worth a shot, right?
