wenjomatic Just Sliced: THIS is why I grow tomatoes!

It was a delicious sandwich. I’d have photographed it… but I HAD TO EAT IT as soon as I put the top slice of bread on. There was simply no time for photographing it.

I almost tear up now remembering it… my first one slice sandwich this summer.

    I’ve read that about not refriging tomatoes too.. and rarely do. Never whole ones. Besides, out on the counter, they are a constant reminder of the goodness ready to be devoured.
