cmagnus Whining works

Monday, 25 Aug 08 (posted about 5 months ago) Rainy 20°C / 68°F

Tapping feet impatiently may work for Wen, but whining works for me. After weeks of vigorous whining on my part (thank you all for putting up with it), that tomato is definitely turning pink. And, there is a single reddening pepper in the very center of one of my thai chili plants. W00t!

They don’t always. These are actually some kind of mutant. All the previous plants I’ve grown from these seeds, including the parent of these particular plants, had their peppers down. But yes, the peppers up is a nice touch. Now that I know I’ll be getting some, I think I’ll save the seeds of these separate from my other thai chili seeds, just in case.

Wow, would you look at all those ripening Thai peppers! You have an amazing harvest about to turn a crimson tide. This may not be Bangkok, but it looks like pepper porn to me. Whine all you like, but this is a beautiful success! If I could speak to these peppery wonders, would have to say Coon me nom yaa. Opps! I meant Coon doo sway jung.
