sparky_klystron Fruiting: Thai Peppers in Pots

Friday, 29 Aug 08 (posted about 3 months ago) Storms 36°C / 96°F

I am finally seeing some redness in the the Thai pepper plants of Kerosene Alley.

These plants were grown from seed collected from last year. I also grow these in the West Garden. One attribute I like about these plants is that aphids and white flies stay clear of them. I have yet to see them bothered by any pest. Maybe their reputation proceeds them?

These peppers find their way in to our kitchen as way to fire up our chicken and garlic stir fry and to make a really mean breakfast burrito.
