Crimsonsketch's Peppermint
Mentha × piperita

I probably should have watered this more, but as it was in a container and didn’t have drain holes, i didn’t want to chance it. The growth was a bit slow, whereas last year i had lots of mint to harvest, this year I didn’t have as much (different container & different location might be the reason)

I decided to try potting this in one of the hanging pots I have. No drainage hole so I put some peat in the bottom, a couple of stones on top, then a pierced plastic yogurt bottom.
A layer of coffee filters over that to prevent the dirt from mixing in with the drainage layer.

I hung it on a nail on the fence. I hope it does alright.
