GhostBuster Eggplants Harvesting: First White Eggplant Harvested and Eaten
Over the weekend, I took off a 6" long bone white eggplant, chopped it up, sauteed with onion and tomato and put it on a pesto pizza. It was yummy.

Seeing the first flowers on these. They sprouted up like weeds when I was in FL. They must have liked the fish water I gave them before I left.
