Beetroot 'Egyptian' Harvesting: Tiny
I harvested about four of these, two were tiny, marble-sized and two were a bit bigger than a golf ball. I turned them into a salad by roasting them and wilting some beet greens + chard. Together with some blue cheese, balsamico, olive oil and walnuts it made for a nice side dish!

Beetroot 'Egyptian' Sown: a few more
I put in a few more. Unfortunately, I got the beetroot and chard bags mixed up.. oops. The sprouts will be difficult to distinguish, but I’m sure It will work out in the end.
