nothing is happening on my 3 artichoke seeds. Not sure why they aren’t coming up. It’s been 10 days.

artichokes Does anyone know if I can plant my artichoke seeds in fall for NC?

I want to start an artichoke bed with my new seeds that I just got from a swap. Can I get them started this fall? I’ve read both on the internet and not sure which is true for NC. Anyone?
