    Catnip Growing wild

    Just posting some pictures. This one has grown a lot since I got back, and set out a lot of flowers too. I had to trim it back today because it was looking wild.

    Catnip Flowering: Tidied up and harvested a little

    Sunny 29°C / 85°F

    I noticed that my mints were starting to flower so I pinched them back like someone showed me at Tilth today. Catnip was getting a little crazy looking and I didn’t want it to get out of hand so I pinched back and trimmed a few of the branching parts. It looks tidier now and a little smaller, which I like because it’s in a pot.

    The parts that I cut off, I am drying and going to save and use. Not sure what I’m going to make out of it yet, maybe a glycerite or tincture.
