Phygelius aequalis

Another plant I’d seen in some neighborhood gardens. It’s planted right in front of the dryer vent, so it gets a little added warmth. Lots of big waxy white tubular flowers in the summer. Have never seen the hummingbirds on it, that’s why I planted it. They’d probably like it more if it was a red variety, but I like the white.
