This bulb sends out 4 feet tall spikes of these red stunners. They bloomed for about a month. in mid summer. They were real showstoppers against the golden privet, as you can see here. My husband liked them so much he went out and bought more of them for himself, I mean for me. He really likes to feed my love of red flowers, he ignores my love of white flowers.
