Jane's Centaurea 'Mountain Bluet'
Centaurea montana

This local wildflower has stunning electric blue blooms that are so bright they catch my eye when I turn the corner from a half block away. It takes all kinds of abuse (crappy soil and no water). I have found that it blooms from early summer into Fall if I take time to deadhead it every few weeks. Bees love this.
