I sowed three garlic cloves, together with three spring onion roots in a small container on the kitchen window sill. The garlic cloves came up very quickly. The spring onions might have been too old, we’ll wait and see.

W00t. The sprouts look a bit like the daun cekur sprouts when they initially grow.

I planted 17 cloves of garlic, and they kept getting unburied, so I put on a wire gauze. I got back from vacation and saw some cloves lying around again. Fortunately four cloves managed to stay in the soil and sprouted. Yay!

Planted next to the Shenshyu yellow onions. Nice long row, but I was a bit generous with spacing to start with, so at the end I had 5 to squeeze in aftewards. I also gave some of these, along with some snowball onions to my parents.
